“Victorian Women Wore Their Art”   2 PM – 2:45 PM
The Rowley House Museum (second floor board room)
A brief presentation by Connie Phillips, about how Victorian fashion art transformed from conceptual sketch to color fashion plate/pattern to final fabric creation, emphasizing (through actual fashion magazine plates and original dresses) the changes of style that spanned 61 years, during the reign of Queen Victoria.
